5 Tips That Make Meal Planning Easy

Then reality happens, and the next thing you know, you’re grabbing fast food on the way home from work or staring into your empty fridge until you give up and polish off a bag of pita chips for dinner.

Hammer and Chisel Program Information

Important INFO about the Hammer and Chisel Program:

1—6 day program with 30-40 min workouts—
(It’s 6 days but you may want to adjust your rest day – the first rest day is the 4th day in so if you begin on a Monday your rest day will always be a Thursday. TIP: Began on Thursday so your rest day will fall on a Sunday instead)

2–Nutrition is based on the 21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan…..with 3 options of different routes to take. You decide what PATH.

Hammer and Chisel available NOW!!

I’ll be kicking off my Hammer & Chisel launch group this month so we can all figureHammer out the program together.  You’re also welcome to join us in January if you’d rather wait until after the holidays.  But why wait??  I know I’m going to need some support to get through the program, so let’s be accountability partners!

First a few details, and then I’ll get to some answers for all the questions I’ve been getting.

Hammer and Chisel is a 60 day program based on three phases of training—stabilization, strength, and power.  The program  focuses on improving endurance, power, agility, strength, balance, and range of motion to sculpt a tight, defined physique.  Some of the results I’ve seen are amazing!!
